1 Any delivery or collection dates or timings provided by SINCERE are estimates only. SINCERE shall not be liable for any loss, damage, cost or expense for any failure to meet any given delivery or collection date or timing, howsoever caused.
2 Free standard delivery within Singapore (excluding restricted areas such as military camps and Jurong Island).
3 For delivery outside Singapore, we offer two shipping options – Economy and Priority via FedEx to the following list of countries:

We regret to inform that we do not deliver to any countries not listed in the above list. Please note that certain products may not be available for delivery to certain countries (including countries listed above) at SINCERE’s sole discretion.
As we deliver on a DDU basis, all relevant import duties, customs and sales taxes levied by the destination country shall be borne by the recipient. You shall pay all relevant duties and taxes to ensure that the parcel is released by the customs upon arrival at the destination country. You will be notified by FedEx on the duties and taxes payable and you shall pay FedEx directly during collection of the parcel.
International Economy – Free Economy shipping for deliveries outside Singapore for order value SGD 500 (inclusive) and above. For order value under SGD 500, shipping charges will be based on prevailing FedEx rates. Orders will be delivered within 4-7 business days depending on country of delivery.
International Priority – Shipping charges will be based on prevailing FedEx rates. Orders will be delivered within 1-4 business days depending on country of delivery.
4 Please arrange for a person who is 18 years of age or older to accept the delivery and to sign off on the delivery invoice. SINCERE and/or its agents reserve the right to require appropriate identification to be presented, before it leaves the delivery with the person at your delivery address. If no person(s) of 18 years of age or older is present during such delivery, SINCERE reserves the right to deliver the Order at another time and to charge you an additional re-delivery fee of S$50.
5 We do not deliver to multiple addresses for one order and are unable to deliver to Post Office boxes or forwarding addresses. To comply with customs clearing regulations, we will deliver your Order to a designated personal address.
6 We shall have no liability to you for any failure to deliver any product you have ordered or any delay in doing so or for any damage or defect to the product delivered that is caused by any event or circumstances beyond our reasonable control including natural disaster.
7 Title and risk to the products shall be passed to you upon delivery.
8 Please inspect the product(s) upon delivery. If there is any damaged or incorrect product(s), please contact us within ten (10) calendar days of receipt. Kindly refer to our Refund policy below for further details.
1 Subject to Section 4 below, SINCERE accepts returns (“Eligible Returns”) where:-
1.1 the product delivered is damaged or defective upon delivery; or
1.2 the product delivered is not the product ordered.
2 All items returned must:-
2.1 be requested via the Site in writing within ten (10) calendar days upon receipt; and
2.2 within 21 calendar days of delivery, be collected by Ninja Van in Singapore or FedEx internationally, who are our exclusive couriers, to allow easy identification and prompt processing. We offer free return shipping on your Eligible Returns when you return your package via our exclusive couriers. Our exclusive couriers will process your return on a Duty Delivery Paid (DDP) basis, meaning that you do not have to pay any import fees to return your package to our warehouse. We regret to inform you that we cannot accept any returns of online purchases via our boutiques.
3 Product(s) must be returned to SINCERE in its original condition and unworn or unused, together with the original, certificate and packaging.
4 SINCERE reserves the right to reject/refuse any returns if:
4.1 the product is damaged due to improper use or handling by recipient;
4.2 the product is damaged or defective and the return is not requested within ten calendar (10) days of delivery;
4.3 damage of the product is due to subjecting it to unusual or unadvisable physical, environmental or electrical stress; or
4.4 product has been modified without SINCERE’s authorisation.
5 SINCERE reserves the right to return ineligible returns to you at your own cost.
1 For returned products, refunds will be in the form of credits into your account with the Site to be utilised for future purchases. Upon successful returns, you will receive credits for use at your next checkout.
2 Credits must be utilised within 180 days upon issuance. Any unutilised amount will be forfeited upon expiry.
3 Amount refunded will be the total price you originally paid (merchandise price plus any applicable taxes), less any discounts applied during original purchase. Any shipping charges paid on the original order are non-refundable for returned merchandise. Any import duties, customs and sales taxes paid to third party couriers are non-refundable for returned merchandise.
4 Where SINCERE cancels your Order (e.g. where the ordered product is out of stock, damaged, or any product or service unavailable for any other reason), SINCERE will refund to you the total price you originally paid for the cancelled product. Such refunds will be credited without interest into the same credit card or PayPal account that was used for the Order. Please note that it takes approximately 21 days for a credit return to your card to be effective. Please note that the time taken to process the refund will be based on the issuing Bank’s/PayPal’s processing time.
