Unique problems call for unique solutions. In a time not so long ago, before the dawn of fast computers and smart watches, bankers all over the world faced a common problem. How do you sync your trade with major markets across Asia, Europe and the US? Inspired by the woes of a banker client, Franck Muller created the Master Banker, a watch that allows you to set and view three time zones at a single glance.
The Cintrée Curvex Master Banker Asia Exclusive combines Franck Muller’s iconic Cintrée Curvex case with the signature three-time zone complication, serving as an example of style and function. Local time is told by the central hour, minute and second hands. The aperture at eight o’clock reveals the date synchronised to local time. The other two sub dials at twelve and six o’clock represent the times in the second and third time zones. The time is as easy to set as it is to read. All three time zone displays can be individually adjusted via the crown, without the need for additional pushers. The crown can be actuated in three positions: the first position for winding, the middle to set the two time zones, and the third to set the local time.
The Cintrée Curvex Master Banker Asia Exclusive is as beautiful as it is functional. A statement piece with its curves and trademark numerals on the dials, the watch flaunts a gorgeous brushed sunray finish dial beneath its domed sapphire crystal. Available in 18k rose gold, stainless steel, or hand-polished blackened steel, you are spoilt for choice with seven vibrant colour combinations and two sizes – 36.00mm x 50.40mm (Ref. 7880) and 39.60mm x 55.40mm (Ref. 8880).
A 700-piece limited edition collection, the Cintrée Curvex Master Banker Asia Exclusive is available at Franck Muller boutiques and on Sincerewatch.com. Shop the collection here.
