Sincere Fine Watches unveils its refreshed and expanded flagship boutique at Takashimaya S.C.

Sincere Fine Watches is pleased to unveil its refreshed and expanded flagship boutique at Takashimaya Shopping Centre. Relocated from Level 1 to Level 2, the reimagined 1,900-square-foot space introduces an elevated retail environment within one of Singapore’s premier shopping destinations, marking a new chapter for Sincere Fine Watches.

This transformation reflects our commitment to redefining the luxury watch retail experience, while staying true to our heritage as Singapore’s leading horological destination,” says Mr. Ong Ban, CEO of Sincere Watch Limited. “Our vision is to create an environment designed around the appreciation of fine watchmaking — expressed through considered spatial zoning and a dedicated private lounge. This allows for more personal and focused interactions, elevating how our clients experience fine watchmaking for generations to come.”

The redesigned boutique introduces a refreshed aesthetic that merges contemporary sophistication with timeless elegance.

Modern Opulence with Refined Elegance

The redesigned boutique introduces a refreshed aesthetic that merges contemporary sophistication with timeless elegance. At the storefront, a striking green marble façade creates immediate visual impact, its natural veining beautifully contrasted by the rich gold tones framing the entrance. This interplay of materials is further accentuated by a 2.4-metre see-through display table, creating an inviting window that draws shoppers into an atmosphere of modern opulence. Thoughtfully positioned dual entrances enhance the overall customer journey, creating a seamless flow between the boutique and its surroundings.

Inside, a sculptural suspended lighting feature illuminates the boutique’s centrepiece – a bespoke mirrored fluted seating couch that serves as both an elegant lounge and intimate event space. This central feature anchors the boutique’s new lifestyle-driven approach, merging horology with hospitality in a setting designed for discovery and conversation.

The boutique’s private lounge serves as an intimate space where collectors and enthusiasts can engage with timepieces in comfort.

Elevated Hospitality

Personalised service has always been a defining hallmark of Sincere Fine Watches. The boutique’s private lounge now features a bar, offering guests an elevated level of hospitality during private appointments. This enhancement transforms the space into an intimate setting, where collectors and enthusiasts can engage with timepieces in comfort, while also creating opportunities for more tailored experiences during curated showcases and private presentations.

The boutique’s private lounge now features a bar, offering guests an elevated level of hospitality during private appointments.

The lounge will also serve as a space for intimate gatherings and exclusive meetings with visiting brand principals, becoming a focal point for collectors to connect, engage in meaningful conversations, and deepen a shared appreciation for fine watchmaking.

A refined showcase of established and independent brands.

Comprehensive Brand Portfolio

The refreshed boutique also marks the addition of Glashütte Original and Grand Seiko to the Sincere Fine Watches portfolio in Singapore, each presented within dedicated brand environments that reflect their distinct identities. Together with 11 other celebrated maisons – Arnold & Son, BOVET, Chopard, Franck Muller, Greubel Forsey, H. Moser & Cie., Laurent Ferrier, Parmigiani Fleurier,  TAG Heuer, TUDOR and ZENITH – they form part of a curated selection of the brands showcased at the Takashimaya boutique, reflecting the breadth and depth of Sincere’s wider portfolio.

Further enriching the boutique’s offering, Ferdinand Berthoud is presented within an intimate, dedicated showcase that underscores its highly artisanal approach to watchmaking, inviting collectors to appreciate its exceptional craftsmanship.

Another highlight of the boutique redesign is the bespoke modular display vitrine dedicated to independent watchmaking excellence. Fifteen distinguished ateliers are represented, including Angelus, Armin Strom, Christiaan van der Klaauw, CVSTOS, Czapek & Cie, Fabergé, Genus, Grönefeld, HYT, KUDOKE, Lang & Heyne, Lederer, Louis Moinet, Moritz Grossmann and Sartory Billard. The adaptable configuration allows for thoughtfully curated presentations that evolve with new arrivals, seasonal highlights and exclusive launches, ensuring these independent brands are showcased with the prominence their exceptional artistry deserves.

“Through this transformation, our goal was to create an elevated retail environment that honours the distinctive identity of each brand,” says Mr. Ong Ban, CEO of Sincere Watch Limited. “From the moment clients enter the boutique, they are introduced to a curated expression of horological excellence, bringing together a breadth of watchmaking traditions and craftsmanship — reinforcing our position as Singapore’s Premier Watch Specialist and a gateway for collectors to the world’s most distinguished names in watchmaking.”
