You will earn 1 point for every S$1 spent. The cashback amount will depend on your membership tier. Titanium, Gold and Platinum members enjoy 3%, 6% and 8% cashback respectively.

For instance, if you are a Titanium member and you have 5000 points in your account, you will get S$150 off your next purchase.

Simply create an account on Sincerewatch.com and you will be a Titanium member immediately.

To become a Gold member, you will need to spend S$10,000. To become a Platinum member, you will need to spend S$80,000. These numbers are based on lifetime expenditure.

Your membership tier status is for life. This means that we will not downgrade you even if you have not spent anything with us in awhile. We value you, and this is one of the ways we show our appreciation.

Your points will expire a year after they’ve been earned, so be sure to remember to use them. Your membership tier however is for life.

You will enjoy double points on 3 purchases during your birthday month. Our system calculates your birthday month from the day of your actual birthday. For instance, if your birthday is on 4th July, your double earning period will be from 4th July to 4th August, and not 1st July to 31st July.

If you’ve purchased from us after the launch of the revamped site i.e. 26 November 2020, you will be credited the points accordingly.

If you’ve purchased from us prior to that, you will not receive retroactive points.

You will receive your points upon completion of your order. This means that the watch has been delivered to you.
