Sincere Watch Limited is Singapore’s oldest name in luxury watch retail. Beginning from a humble venture in 1954, it has since blossomed spectacularly into a leading retailer and distributor of the world’s top watch brands in Asia.
Over the years, Sincere has amassed a portfolio with some of the world’s most esteemed watch brands, amongst which include Blancpain, Chopard, Franck Muller, Omega, Tudor and Zenith.
These relationships have been cultivated with utmost respect and a view towards growing the appreciation for each brand throughout Sincere’s network of 22 boutiques and point-of-sales network spanning seven countries. In Thailand, Sincere operates under Pendulum Ltd, a wholly owned subsidiary.
Sincere’s astute vision and adroitness in understanding the desires and pursuits of watch connoisseurs has seen it proffer timepieces that not only capture the spirit of growth but also reflect the spirit of adventure and individuality that each of its patrons possesses. This is particularly evident in Sincere’s championing of independent watch brands with the exclusive retailing of Arnold & Son, Cvstos, Czapek, Greubel Forsey and Grönefeld.
Drawn by its extensive collection of brands and wide presence, Sincere was acquired by Cortina Holdings on 16th March 2021.
Leveraging the strength of Cortina Holdings, Sincere is placing its focus squarely on strategic expansion, blazing a path as the region’s premier luxury watch specialist and in greater synergy with Cortina Holdings as well as the access and network it brings. Customers can look forward to fresh and exceptional new experiences from the combined group.

Beyond the Sincere Fine Watches network, the Group has also entered strategic partnership to invest in mono-brands boutiques. In Thailand, the Group operates under Pendulum Ltd, a wholly owned subsidiary with its own mono-brand boutiques.
