Warranty
- Only manufacturer’s warranties are provided for the products sold by SINCERE (including the products sold through the Site). SINCERE does not provide warranty of any kind, implied, express or statutory, including but not limited to the warranties of non-infringement of third party rights, title, merchantability, satisfactory quality and/or fitness for a particular purpose, is given in conjunction with the products sold by SINCERE.
- In general, normal wear and tear and impact due to negligence / accident are not covered under manufacturer’s warranty.
- Battery replacement after the first year of purchase is not covered under warranty.
Servicing
- SINCERE provides after-sales services for products. To request for repair of products, you may contact SINCERE at enquiries@sincerewatch.com or bring the product to one of our boutiques. You will be responsible to arrange for the product to be delivered to us for inspection and/or repair, including the cost of delivery.
- For repair of products under warranty, the original product warranty card (clearly indicated with the purchase date, model and serial numbers and retailer’s stamp) must be presented before SINCERE accept a repair job under warranty.
- If you require SINCERE to repair any product where the damage to such product is not covered under the manufacturer’s warranty, SINCERE may charge for the repair and/or the parts.
- Complete servicing does not include polishing and external parts like: – crystal, crown, strap, bracelet, dial, hands, etc. If you require polishing and/or external parts to be replaced, SINCERE may charge for these services and/or the parts.
- Inspection
5.1 All products for repair will be inspected by our or the manufacturer’s authorized service agents prior to the repair/servicing. SINCERE may charge for the inspection of the product.
5.2 SINCERE reserves the right not to repair/service any product, including product which are not authentic or which have been altered, added to, modified or repaired by any unauthorized party. - Quotation
6.1 Where the repair of a product is not covered under manufacturer’s warranty, SINCERE will send its quotation for repair/servicing (inclusive of GST) to you via SMS and/or email. The quotation is valid for 2 weeks only.
6.2 Acceptance of the quotation must be by way of SMS and/or email. SINCERE will only repair/service the product if the quotation is accepted.
6.3 Collection or delivery of the product will be subject to full payment of charges of SINCERE’s inspection, repair and/or delivery services. - Collection
7.1 SINCERE will notify you via SMS and/or email (“Notice of Collection”) once the product is ready for collection.
7.2 You must collect the product from the boutique specified in the service repair form within 3 months from the Notice of Collection or if our quotation is not accepted, the date of the quotation, failing which SINCERE:-(a) reserves the right to charge a fee of S$50 per calendar month;
(b) is entitled to take any action to secure payment for any cost incurred by SINCERE;
(c) shall not be liable for any loss or damage to any product deposited for repair/service;
(d) reserves the right to dispose of any product deposited with us.
7.3 You must pay in full SINCERE’s inspection and/or repair charges (if applicable) and present the service repair form and your proof of identity before you may collect the product.
7.4 Any person authorised by you to collect the product must present the service repair form, the authorized person’s proof of identity as well as an authorization letter, signed by you and stating your NRIC/passport number, before he/she may collect the product.
7.5 Kindly inspect the product before collection. You will be deemed to be satisfied with the condition of the product once you collect it. - International Delivery
8.1 If you are residing overseas, SINCERE may at your request deliver the product to your designated address. Such delivery will be at your own risk, and SINCERE will not be responsible for any loss or damage of the product once the product is collected by the relevant courier. SINCERE will notify you via email (“Notice of Delivery”) once the product is ready for delivery.
8.2 If you fail to arrange for delivery or pay SINCERE’s inspection, repair and/or delivery charges (if applicable) in full within 3 months of the Notice of Delivery or if our quotation is not accepted, the date of the quotation, SINCERE:-(a) reserves the right to charge a fee of S$50 per calendar month;
(b) is entitled to take any action to secure payment for any cost incurred by SINCERE;
(c) shall not be liable for any loss or damage to any product deposited for repair/service;
(d) reserves the right to dispose of any product deposited with us.
8.3 Where the repair of the product is under warranty, SINCERE will bear the cost of delivery of the product to your designated address.
8.4 Where the product is not under warranty, you will be responsible for the delivery costs of return of such product to your designated address. This is regardless whether the product has been successfully repaired.
8.5 Please arrange for a person who is 18 years of age or older to accept the delivery and to sign off on the delivery invoice. SINCERE and/or its agents reserve the right to require appropriate identification to be presented, before it leaves the delivery with the person at your delivery address. If no person(s) of 18 years of age or older is present during such delivery, SINCERE reserves the right to deliver the product at another time and to charge you an additional re-delivery fee of S$50.
8.6 We shall have no liability to you for any failure to deliver the product or any delay in doing so or for any damage or defect to the product delivered that is caused by any event or circumstances beyond our reasonable control including natural disaster. - Please note that parts that have been replaced will not be returned to you.
