Summer in Blue: The Season’s Most Captivating Blue Dials
Blue has long been associated with clear skies, open waters and distant horizons. Reflecting these seasonal cues, Sincere Fine Watches presents a curation of timepieces that capture the colours of summer through dials that range from deep oceanic hues to lighter, sunlit tones. Each offers a distinct interpretation of blue, translated through the lens of contemporary watchmaking.
Arnold & Son H.M Pietersite
Made from pietersite, the dial of the Arnold & SonH.M Pietersite evokes stormy seas and crashing waves along the coast of Cornwall, the birthplace of English watchmaker John Arnold. Measuring 39.5mm in diameter, the timepiece captivates with dreamlike, diaphanous patterns unique to each stone. Presented in 18-carat red gold (5N) or steel, the HM displays hours and minutes with restrained elegance.
Czapek & Cie. Antarctique Dark Sector Cosmic Blue
Czapek & Cie. celebrates the sporty allure of titanium and its exceptional strength-to-weight ratio with the Antarctique Dark Sector Cosmic Blue. Complementing the lightweight metal is a Cosmic Blue dial with a velouté finish that enhances the colour’s depth and richness. A classical minute track frames two concentric circles interrupted at 12 points to mark each hour with a void, while luminescent sword-shaped hands create subtle visual shifts as they sweep across the dial.
Greubel Forsey Balancier 3
Housed in the Convexe titanium case measuring 41.50 mm across the caseband, this edition introduces a finishing never before executed at the Atelier: a frosted titanium bridge hand-finished with a steel brush across its entire curved surface. Enhanced contrasts and multiple hues of blue further emphasise the purity of the movement, offering a renewed interpretation of the Greubel ForseyBalancier 3 while preserving its mechanical identity.
Jacob & Co. Bugatti Tourbillon Sapphire Crystal
The Jacob & Co.Bugatti Tourbillon Sapphire Crystal represents the ultimate evolution of the original Bugatti Tourbillon concept with a case entirely crafted from solid, transparent sapphire crystal. Its 360-degree transparency reveals the intricate details of its spectacular mechanical architecture. One of the first two unique pieces in this series is distinguished by a baby blue palette, with matching accents extending across its three subdials, strap, tail light grille and exhaust manifolds.
